Student Administration

No smartphones or any devices that have internet capabilities are allowed on yeshiva premises. Xiaomi and Qin phones are expressly note allowed. If a Bochur has an Internet capable device he must report it immediately and then turn it into the Rosh Hayeshiva upon arrival.

I grant Yeshivas Mishkan Shmuel permission to disperse or dispose of any personal belongings (including items labeled with my name) that are left anywhere on Yeshiva the premise, one week after my final departure from the Yeshiva. At that point, I agree that these items will be considered Hefker.

I understand that the Yeshiva expects all bochurim to attend all Yeshiva functions including in shabbosim and trips. I understand that any exceptions to this rule must be first discussed and approved soley by the Rosh Hayeshiva.

I have read the above rules and expectations of the Yeshiva from me and hereby accept fully the responsibility to keep them. I understand that if I fail to do so, the decision of my remaining in the Yeshiva or the dormitory will be left up to the discretion of the Hanhalah as they see fit.
