Hi, i keep getting emails about making a payment for November but i already made the payment.

I sent you a screenshot via regular email.
You can view your balance and payments anytime by logging into your portal and clicking 'My Account' from the menu on the left

Please advise as to what I have paid to date for this 25/26 (Including todays payment of 711.09). or in the alternative what is the balance due to date.
