You have indicated that you would like to request a reduced tuition. Please note that all tuition reduction requests will be submitted to the Rosh Yeshiva for review and approval. There is no set timeframe for this process and it may impact your son's ability to enter the zman on time.

On the 1st of every English calendar month, Yeshivas Mishkan Shmuel will directly debit the above bank account for the agreed-upon amount of my son's monthly tuition.

Tuition will automatically be charged to the "Tuition" credit card above, on the 1st of every English calendar month, for the agreed-upon amount as per this agreement.

It is required that every parent supply the Yeshiva with an expense credit card. This card will be used for the extra "Achdus Shabbatonim" the yeshiva plans at various times throught the year, in the amount ranging between $300 - $500.


This expense card will also be used in the event your son arrives to Yeshiva without the required Health Insurance, Proper kosher phone, and the Student visa application.

I understand that Bochurim are expected to arrive at the beginning of each zman and are accepted with the understanding that they remain in the yeshiva until the end of each zman.

No smartphones or any devices that have internet capabilities are allowed on yeshiva premises. Xiaomi and Qin phones are expressly not allowed. If a Bochur has an Internet capable device he must turn it into the Rosh Hayeshiva upon arrival. Internet devices that are handed in will not be returned on off Shabbosim during Zman.

If for any reason a Bochur needs to leave the Yeshiva including family simchos, it must be discussed with the Hanhalla before making any arrangements.

I understand that the Yeshiva expects all bochurim to attend all yeshiva in shabbosim and trips. Unless you receive explicit permission from the Rosh Hayeshiva.

The Hanhala cannot assume responsibility for the whereabouts of Bochurim during bein hazmanim. We strongly urge parents to give clear instructions to their sons to only go sightseeing with a professional tour guide.

I understand that tuition does not cover food outside of the Yeshiva meal plan, special diet needs, use of washer and dryer, etc.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to obtain health insurance coverage for my son while learning at Yeshiva and that the Yeshiva is not responsible for any medical related expenses.

I understand that it will be my responsibility to complete the Yeshiva's health insurance information form.

I understand that if I do not complete the Yeshiva's health insurance information form by the beginning of zman, there will be an additional US$200 administrative fee for the yeshiva to handle getting your son coverage.
