Issues I would like guidance on:
1. when I attempted to create an account using my preferred email address: einhornconstruction@msn.com a message came up indicating this address already exists, this was the emil i used to create my sons account (logging into that I saw no tab option for a tuition contract; so, i created the tuition account an alternate email: slaks613@gmail.com and proceeded to create the account
2. the bochurs name came up as Usher ackerman with a bochur EID 881 - of using the drop-down box I selected the correct Bochur, Dov Einhorn at which point the EID number began flashing - somehow, I resolved that issue and moved forward.
3. Unable to enter a credit card my preferred method of payment is a credit card however no attempt would allow me to enter a card, instead I entered a checking account. Moving to the next page was not allowed as I was unable to enter a cc for expenses
Please advise as I am anxious to move forward with payment asap...I am happy to share all passwords and other info.
